I received the notice in mail, the receive date is 2/22/2013. Today I
checked the status, it said no case found. BTW, the check was cashed on 2/27
/2013. I called them, they still let me wait until 45 days. Now it is only
40 days. What should I do? what happened to my case? reject or REF? Help
I saw a lot of people with the similar receive date already got approved and
card production.

NIW 7月current。NIW 140实在TSC，现在搬到NSC的州。提交485到Arizona之后收到短
信说case被送到TSC处理。
请问这个处理中心不是由现住址决定的么？难道是看原始140的处理中心？
