Just got info from the congressman assistant: It didn't state visa is
available...
Per USCIS/TSC, your case is still being reviewed by an immigration officer.
Per USCIS/TSC, they will notify you once review is completed.

SR response at the end of July: "Your case is currently with an adjudicating
officer. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within
60 days."
Not much info either....didn't mention "visa available"....
