一个几个人的startup公司，没有自己的律师，他们是外面事务所找的律师。
这个律师email我要准备的材料，我怎么看都像是第一次申请的材料，通篇没提一个
transfer有关的字啊？另外小公司会不会因为规模不够被拒？？

1 Passport, birth certificate, visa, I-94 card.
2 Degrees, diplomas and relevant certificates.
3 A copy of the applicant’s foreign education evaluation if the degree
they have was issued by a foreign university.
4 Birth certificates and passports from the applicant’s spouse and
minor children .
5 Marriage certificate (with translations, if necessary).
6 Resume or CV.
7 A copy of any previously filed visa application, if applicable.
