1. VB改革一定会发生，而且是在今年

Recommendation 1: Update the monthly Visa Bulletin. Later this year, State,
in consultation with DHS, will revise the monthly Visa Bulletin to better
estimate immigrant
visa availability for prospective applicants, providing needed
predictability to nonimmigrant
workers seeking permanent residency. The revisions will help ensure that the
maximum number
of available visas is issued every year, while also minimizing the potential
for visa retrogression.26 These changes will further allow more
individuals seeking LPR status to work, change jobs,
and accept promotions. By increasing efficiency in visa issuance,
individuals and their
families who are already on the path to becoming LPRs will have increased
security that they can stay in the United States, set down roots, and more
confidently seek out opportunities to build lives in our country.

月或者12月就会有变化。
2. 新的VB会不会引进acceptance date

already on the path to becoming LPRs will have increased security that they
can stay in the United
States, set down roots, and more confidently seek out opportunities to build

大家仔细看上面的内容。新的VB方案会让更多的人能够自由的换工作。有的人会说想要
大家更自由的换工作不就是政府一句话，大家记住美国所有东西都不是一句话，都需要
法律依据。如今如果你申请绿卡，换工作不想从头开始的话，要么熬，要么等485。所
以这个改革是会让更多的人可以file 485，引进acceptance date和这个非常吻合。所
以我个人认为可信度非常高。
3. 如果引进Acceptance date，这个date怎么确定

根据上面的内容，我个人推测Acceptance Date是根据140的批准日子来决定的。也就是
说10月的VB， Acceptance Date是140批准日期在10/1/2014或之前的人。这样符合白宫
文档1年后雇主不能撤销你lpr的要求。而且对于政府的好处是，更多的人会选择pp 140
， 为政府增加创收
4. 如果引进Acceptance date, 需不需要立法

不需要。其实Acceptance date就是放水，区别是, 以前放水yoyo能带领大家猜到什么
时候放水，指导大家什么时候准备和提交什么文档，但是具体日期和放多久还是很难知
道。以后放水更加透明了，这样更符合白宫文档透明化的要求。如果加入acceptance
date需要立法的话，奥本早就关起来了
5. IV是大忽悠，大公司也是忽悠
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
IV一直在忽悠他们如何努力推进140 EAD，白宫发的文档如何是他们的功劳。。妈的，
整个文档没有一句话提到140 EAD，而且如果真有140 EAD，这个才是真的需要立法，猴
年马月才有的事情。加入acceptance date更符合文档内容，而且效果和140 ead一模一
样。换一个角度想，IV那一帮人的目的就是让更多的人访问他们网站和捐款（因为那些
发起人早就有绿卡了，IV很早就发起了），如果IV他们真的帮助大家都能拿ead了，以
后谁还会用IV网站啊。同样的道理适用于大家都觉得公司（google， fb etc）会帮我
们fight legal immigration。。。公司都傻啊，公司的目的是花最少的钱留你工作，
一切违背这个的都反对。。所以你看各个大公司都推动多发h1b，有看到那个大公司关
心你绿卡排队长不长的。。。
6. 我们现在能做什么

该做啥做啥，你问下身边拿了绿卡的人，生活有什么改变没有？没有绿卡还能给你一个
借口，说做不了XXX是因为没有绿卡，有了绿卡就没有借口了。。。。。
