从个人经验看，EB类的bona fide marriage RFE处理还是比较松的
RFE notice里提了6条
1. Birth certificates for common children
2. Proof of joint residence or ownership of property
3. Joint income tax returns
4. Joint financial accounts
5. Proof of spousal insurance coverage
6. Medical, school or religions records that have your both names on it as
spouses
除了两个月前把ld加到我的银行账户里和共用车保险以外，我们其他一概没有
所以在RFE回复里我解释了一下为什么没有joint tax return,为什么房子title和贷款
没有副申请人名字，为什么我们用各自的医疗保险等。
回复的材料包括
1. 共同账户statement
2. 车险
3. 最近2年出去玩的行程、收据、照片
4. 订婚戒指和婚戒收据
5. 房贷refinance时候一个affidavit of title
6. ld过去一个账户过去一年的statement有日期和现在居住地址
所有ld姓名的地方用highlighter标了一下
附上了coverletter和RFE notice原件用USPS 2-day priority寄了回去
