按道理说我们走的EB2，又不是EB1，居然140加急也被要求补件？
信里面是这样写的：
the evidence submitted includes transcripts from the University of Maryland
and an academic record from the Graduate School of Beijing University of
Technology. Neither of these documents provide evidence that the
beneficiary received a degree. Please submit additional evidence which
establishes that the beneficiary meets the educational requirements for the
position as stated in the ETA 9089 as of the priority date of April 22, 2015
. The evidence must be in the form of an official record from the
institution showing the dates of attendance, area of study, and date of
degree award.
现在我们也不太明白到底是缺了什么？EB2的140申请加急材料里面学校的律师没有给我
们放I20进去，不知道是不是缺了这个？但是学校的律师说USCIS在playing games..大
家说我们这种情况应该补什么件呢》是不是因为加急造成的FRE？
