老公的H-1B extension 申请已经成功。现在自己申请H-4 extension.两年前提交Eb-3
申请，上个月I-140 通过。
在填写 I-539 表时，遇到以下2个问题：
1. Are you, or any other person included in the application, an applicant
for an immigrant visa?
2. Have an immigrant petition EVER filed for you or any other person
included in this application?
如果这两个问题回答“ Yes"，会影响此次H-4 extension申请么？ USCIS 会拒绝此次
申请么？
此外，如果这两个问题回答Yes, I-539 表要求我们describe the circumstances in
detail and explain on a separate sheet of paper. 我需要提供 “何时提交PERM
申请，何时PERM通过，何时提交I-140, 何时I-140 通过” 这些细节么？

Principal Applicant"是指自己（H4)还是配偶（H1)?
如果指自己（H4)，而仅仅是H1申请了140，楼主问的2个问题应该是“NO"吧？
