就是copy要不到啊。律师给DOL发了request，都三周了完全没有回音，问题究竟出在哪

政府效率就是低，可以自己发request吗？如果可以，就多发一些，不觉得他们给个
copy是问题，估计就是效率太低。唉，都不容易。我自己也是马上要第一次ＰＰ了，希
望大家都顺利。

要copy的意思是要 DoL 再发一份 original 的意思吧？我猜 是不是过期以后就不发了
？ 好像可以电话联系DoL.
另外下次再PP，用个好点的纸，激光彩色打印 PERM 的copy，也许有帮助。

貌似最近NSC审批485速度挺快，但是对140处理有点慢，特别是对PP的接受率貌似有点
低。我也不知道是不是系统系问题，还是说我的观察有偏差。

貌似是NSC可能性大点，NSC的485审批很快，但是降级140PP很慢，还经常拒。TSC反过
来，貌似降级140PP挺快的，但是485审批很慢。

NSC的。律师回信：
Unfortunately USCIS is taking the stance that since the original PERM Labor
Certification was not included with the downgrade (it was initially filed
with your EB2 I-140) they cannot convert the case to premium processing as
they cannot stay within the 15 day processing time. USCIS needs to order the
original file, and get all those documents and it takes longer than 15 days.

你说你的EB2 140在TSC？那跟我情况一样，所以我一直猜测，就是你律师收到的回信解
释的，NSC没有你的Perm原件所以处理不了那么快。
我律师在第一次被据以后说他们联系了DOL要我的Eta9089，虽然到第二次file的时候都
没有收到过回复，但是他们在申请材料里面加了一个大大的note说已经联系了DOL希望
可以接受PP。不知道跟我第二次PP被接受有没有什么关系。
我第二次PP离140申请也有两个月了。
继续PP吧，这次应该会是好消息了。
