降级到eb3, 140 pp, approved: 2016.3.22
我的律师说不需要主动去relink，于是昨天做了SR，想告诉USCIS relink，今天收到回
复：
The status of this service request is:
Your file has been requested and will be reviewed by a supervisor. You
should receive a decision or notice of other action within 30 days of the
date of this letter.
We hope this information is helpful to you.
是不是太着急了。。。这个是模版吧

不去做基本是不行，做了不一定行，版里这么多人current了不绿，难道你没有看到？
