在台湾用Fidelity取过没问题，最好出行前通报银行，另外ATM尽量选大银行的。

I remember in Taiwan you have to use cash (New Taiwan Dollar), only hotels
and high-end restaurants (>$20 USD meal) accept credit cards (my experience
in 2006 and 2013) You can exchange your USD to TWD at many banks.
