So I read another guy's story about DIYing I-140 and I am gonna do the same.
But a few things confuse me.
2,Form I140 （check EB3，
What is check EB3. I did not see anywhere on the form asking to check EB3
check “yes” on those two questions regarding why
original LCA is not attached with this petition）
3,Check for filing fee (580)
4,Copy of the certified LCA (expired long time ago)
What is Copy of the certified LCA (expired long time ago)?

EB3就是part 2 1e professional at minimum possessing a bachelor's degree
你这个都不知道还是找个律师处理吧
关于LCA 是原文的误写应该是labor certification
就是certified ETA9089 你需要这个复印件
当时EB2 PERM certify的时候拿到的

Thanks for the information. So HR will have this certified ETA9089, right? I
can ask him/her for a copy?
