EAD extension denied: 2016.08.17
My attorney has strong tie with USCIS local office, and got the message from
local office - the case has been approved internally, but transferred to
TSC and have to wait for the priority date.
InfoPath: 2016.10.19, same interview officer in the local office, said the
case has been approved, but transferred to TSC because of priority date not
current at that moment. The officer sent email to TSC asking for help.
Approve: 2016.10.26
Will start my new job when receiving the card.
