我eb1a，15年rd，到现在20个月了，今天被rfe体检和Supplement J。
我估计是我eb1a申请140的时候填写了雇主？我倒是职位和公司也没变，明天去找hr填
写一下，下周就要交这个材料了，真服了uscis连eb1a都要这个表。
对了，上面写的1月17号之后file485和之前file485的都要交这个表。没提180天的事。

关于谁需要交这个表，原话是怎么写的？谢谢。

do they directly ask you to file J form in their RFE letter?

That's interesting request since Eb1a applicants do not have to submit the
Supplement J form according to the instruction.

"NOTE: Individuals seeking or granted a National Interest Waiver of the job
offer requirement and individuals seeking or
granted classification as an alien of extraordinary ability under INA
section 203(b)(1)(A) do not need to file Supplement
J. Because these employment-based immigrant visa categories are not tied to
a specific job offer, individuals seeking or
granted classification as an alien of extraordinary ability or seeking or
granted a National Interest Waiver of the job offer
requirement do not have to file Supplement J when filing Form I-485 or to
request job portability under INA section 204(j)."

我是EB2，这次RFE里没有要求Supplement J，但是我的律师怕会被二次RFE要这个表，
就也让我填了这个表，一起寄给移民局了

EB1A和NIW不是在豁免Supplement J里面吗，竟然还RFE要这个

it just says due to whatever law after 1/17, file 485 or previous file 485
on a valid 140 needs this form

不是明确要那就不一定要交，你可以附上最近改版的规则，里面明确说了EB1A和NIW不
需要
当然，你多交也没坏处，只是会造成后人的不便

Yes, one of the items they ask me to provide in rfe letter.

yes, too many strange things happened. I have an interview next Wednesday,
no time to argue with them on this...I have to bring the filled form in case.

i have no idea, my rfe infos need to give to them during my interview next
week, so I have no time to reply this rfe.

thx, lz. I think you had better prepare the J form for your interview since
they ask for it in the RFE letter.
