2016 10RD的 现在在绿的 各个国家都有 他只能抓总数 没法知道国别

这几天我观察很多爆绿的EB3 rd2015年的，pd也比较早。从这里得到部分印证。
那你早先提出的标准看pd 2014年4／5月后，rd2016/10批卡数量定5月排期，是否需要
修改一下？

这个抓取只能当时做，现在很多状态改了，原始rd没了。楼主这个是根据当时的数据和
现在报绿来猜测是中国的。10月其他国家交的现在也在绿，毛都分析不出来。

Share some my personal experience:
1. Info pass is useless, Tier 1 is better than that.
2. For EB2->3, Relink as early as possible, follow up by calling uscis. you
can use this as an execuse to easily get to Tier 2 officer
2. Keep calling Tier2 (you can always say you are not satisfied with the
answer in previous call), but don't be too frequent
3. Keep filing SRs (if you have multiple applicants, i would suggest you to
file them in 20 or 30 days apart, so that you will always keep one available
for the time when you responded your RFE)
4. I think Senator and Congressman are very helpful. remember to follow up
with them every one or two weeks. have one line up for the time when you
have responded your RFE as well

估计也没啥复杂的，像python的话就urlopen把顺序生成的case number全部轰一遍，然
后提取里面几个信息就行了。 不过像10月交，3，4月就报绿这种情况估计啥也分析不
出来，没有中国特色。

但是关键字之类的提取要费点儿时间才都能搞定，

他是根据当时交，现在绿来判断是中国的。误差当然会有啦，比如隔壁版有个pending
