no longer be extended pursuant to AC-21 once the priority date is current
for one year.
PD current 1年，就不能extend H1b？

这里说的是排期当前1年后还不提交AOS或者申请移民签证的人

不明白，不是说140批了后就基本可以无限期延了么3年或一年，现在是说如果排期当
前，如果一年没有交485 就不能延期了吗？
