485等了一年，终于等来了RFE。 但是没太看懂，有点晕。
RFE说明，需要Chinese Marriage certificate, "Do NOT submit notarial
certificate"
"A copy of the marriage booklet (NOT a notarial certificate) issued by the
appropriate city of the Civil Administration Ministry of the People's
Republic of China that lists the names of the married parties, the date of
marriages, the registration number, the date of issue, and which contains
the proper marriage certificates management stamp"
RFE还说需要translate材料，必须是中英文，需要certified。
本人提交485的时候已经交了4页的中英文结婚公证。 请问现在到底是再重新递一份复
印件，还是把中文的结婚证书提上去？
