if over 10 years ago, was denied at airport to entry due to lack of doc,
then office was very rude and ask me to leave. then a few days later I was
approved
is that a issue?
i was questioned about it before when I enter into US, but all approved
after that
is that still something I needs to explain?
but that is not crime, right?

Then you need to answer YES to the I-485 form question: have you ever been
denied admission to US and attach a page of explanation.
If you have done so when submitting I-485, you should be fine.
