求助焦急：h1b换工作维持身份# EB23 - 劳工卡

目前在non-profit非营利性单位博后，h1b还有一个月到期。
新工作也是non-profit另外一个单位博后正在process……
非常担心如果在当前工作terminate的时候新单位还没有file 另一段h1b申请
……
在uscis网上搜索了一个60天的grace period。但是原话是这样的“Establish a grace
period of up to 60 consecutive days during each authorized validity period
for certain high-skilled nonimmigrant workers when their employment ends
before the end of their authorized validity period, so they may more readily
pursue new employment and an extension of their nonimmigrant status.”
貌似这个60天是给提前失业准备的。而我是属于正常的工作到期……
求大神们指点应对策略，多谢！
