Have a strong feeling.
1, Use filing date will help them better arrange the interviews based on PDs.
2, India's filing dates do not change.
3, EB2 China needs new demands, otherwise the quota will be wasted by
several hundreds.
4, Feb VB came out very late, I think OB talked to USCIS about honoring the
filing Date.
I think by the end of this week, we will know.
