关于填907表的，有个地方还是不清楚：
Part 1 里面要选择
you
第1个选项是 Are the petitioner who is filing or has filed a petition
eligible for Premium Processing.
第3个选项是 Are the applicant who is filing or has filed an application
eligible for Premium Processing.
我是EB1A DIY的，应该选择个哪个选项呢？

选petition那个
a petitioner files a petition
an applicant files an application
I-140的题目叫 Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker
而不是 Immigrant Application for Alien Worker
至于为什么存在applicant那一项，是因为I-907过去现在和将来可能适用于其他表格，

文学城上说是选择3，理由是
petitioner 和 applicant 的区别是，petitioner 是替别人申请，而 applicant 是给
自己申请。petitioner 和 applicant 的下面是给其律师用的。所以，PERM 的 I-140
的加快选头两项之一，而 NIW 的 I-140 的加快是在后两项中找。

pjiang那个不准确，我still maintain我刚才那个 answer.
自己也可以是petitioner, 也可以是applicant, depending on你file了一个petition
还是application
当然别人也可以作为你的petitioner, 这种情况下你是beneficiary. 但是的确很少有
别人替beneficiary来做applicant.
你去读读I-765的题目，看看是不是Application for Employment Authorization
而不是Petition for Employment Authorization对吧
所以file那个form就只有applicant, 没有petitioner
不过在这个例子里你无论选哪一个都不会有问题的。

我想,IO看到那一千多的支票就知道是干嘛的了,填哪个他应该都明白,只要140的case
number别写错.
