3月分做了SR,说case under review,不知道什么时候能给response.
找了congressman,7月初USCIS给congressman回信说cases are in the process to be
assigned to an adjudicating officer,Please note that in the interest of
fairness to all applicants, these cases can only be assigned to an
adjudicating officer once they reach their place in queue. 最后说大概90天内
会给response.
这回信好像跟SR说的under review不相符。而且如果是in the interest of fairness
to all applicants,我应该早排上了。
这不排期又倒退了。还没做过infopass。

的request,但是我并没收到。隔多久可以再做一个SR？

你是2015年交的485，到现在都没有RFE?
一般是不是RFE回复后就会很快绿？

没有等到NIW485的RFE,却等到EB1A140的RFE(去年NIW排期未到，律师建议申请的)。难
道是要我回复EB1A 140的RFE才给处理NIW485?但这是两个不同case呀.

就算你有一个140 pending，485就不批。
但是你2013.7的PD,早在2018年1月左右就current了，
怎么2018年12月才收到EB1A RFE？
现在怎么样了？撤了那个140了没？
