去年年底因为EB3二排current从EB2降级交的485（PD 15年12月底），EB3 140pp刚刚
approve
但是现在二排一表远超EB3，所以想relink回到EB2
律师给出的信息说就算relink，也要等4，5个月才会得到uscis的回复说是否relink成
功，而且还说完全是uscis决定绿在哪个category。如果要等4，5个月说不定到时候EB3
也已经current了
有朋友也说不用relink，面试当场可以要求面试官relink
所以现在的疑问是：
1.relink真的会有那么慢吗
2.如果final action table不current，会安排面试吗
3.面试当场可以要求relink吗
最后想问下我这种case有没有必要relink，希望有经验的朋友指教，谢谢

相同情况我知道不relink也会面试可以面试时要求relink
不确定relink的处理速度而且只是个请求不一定成功

面试时relink会立马生效吗

一样的情况。。请问你140pp是什么时候申请的？多久能接受呢？

1.2x 140 receipt (我没有这个律师和公司应该有)
2.13 PP (不知道啥时候收到)
2.20 approve
3.7/8 律师收到approve notice , 后来寄给我了

1. It depends and it is not certain for anyone to know if it is changed or
not.
2. Yes, regardless.
3. Yes, you can. But you have to write on a piece of paper requesting that.
Also point out that your 140's are already approved, and the category you
are changing to is current that month and you are requesting your case to be
transferred to that category. You want to point out that the correct GC
visa category just in case you mess that up.For instance if you are on EB2
track, then you want to ensure your GC shows E26 for the principle applicant
and E27 for the derivative applicant. If you are on EB3 track, you want to
point out that it should be E37 and E39.
Just in case the VO messes it up accidentally. Ask nicely and explain if you
need to so they know the problems you will get into if they do not select
the category right.
Again, ask the VO nicely.

No that is wrong assumption.
It is required that you have to turn in a written request to ask USCIS to
interfile 485 for you.
You don't ask, they won't do it.

我今天又和律师确认了下。。。他说uscis效率很低 relink要找到case要好几个月。。
。可以考虑面试自己提交新
比较谨慎但我不负责任地揣测他不建议面试前自己申请relink
