Y2=X+N+Z,
where X and N and Z are all independent of each other.
X is the signal (Gaussian if necessary), N is AWGN, Z can be some potential
interference (may not be Gaussian).
Is it true that I(X;Y1)>=I(X;Y2)? Why? Any comments will be appreciated!

Yes, it is true.
This is a 2-user AWGN broadcast channel model.
See Cover's book sec.14.6
