if it is not crazy for u, try simulink fixed-point blockset.
BTW, i don't know whether you can make your target with
floor's. matlab said the precision you can choose (say,
double, short, etc) is just for display. Inside they are
always using float-point. Unless you are re-inventing the
most basic arithematics, like plus and multiplication,
it is still not fixed-point computation.
Well, i am glad to hear I am wrong, because i almost killed
myself in building up those stupid fixed-point blockset
