what is focal point? how to find it from a set of image files?
How to do it in C++?

focal point就是焦点吧。如果成像是光源的空间fourier变换,该
像所在的位置就是focal plane.

如果我有一系列的图片(index, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, ...),分别是从不同的距离对object所
拍摄的,这些图片有的清楚,有的模糊,怎样才能从这些图片中估计出焦点呢?注意这些图
片不一定在焦平面上拍摄,所以估计出来的焦点可以是floating point.

if you took the course of physics optics, you will see how the
patterns are different from each other. one of them is the fourier transform
of the source.

I have not take that course yet. But this is the problem I need to finish
urgently.
So basically, the Fourier transforms of different pictures at different
distance can be used to predict the focal point, am I right? So I can take
FFT of each image and compare, but what is the target? I mean the fourier
transform of the actual source which I dont know.
