特慢,而且经常那个访问的窗口就死掉了.我的其他两台更低档的电脑反而没有任何问题

IC design? all aspects analog and digital circuits are involved, such as
data converter, codec, DSP, video amplifier, audio amplifier, active filter,
etc. I doubt there is a single chip solution.I guess you need multiple
chips and put them on PCB.

do not know which part you are talking about,
and not sure about LCD, I think they still use CCFL as back light,some
small size and new product maybe use LED.
for Plasma Display Panel, lots of FPGA and lots of driver chips on the
backside., the control is relatively complex.
if you wonder the digital signal input/output and signal processing, I
totally know nothing...

什么样的skill sets能在如hdtv里唱主角？

those remain in the analog domain. most of them are current feedback opamps
due to speed requirements.
pcb layout is probalby 80% of your work there.
the technologies there are well understood. the key is likely integration of
IPs from multiple sources into fewer and fewer chips.

the core technology is signal processing. In design phase, C programming is
also useful.
