腾讯与环球音乐达成串流协议

腾讯与环球音乐签约，获得音乐内容的串流播放权。
环球音乐是全球最大的音乐公司。腾讯的QQ音乐、酷狗及搜狐等串流平台，将会提供环
球音乐的内容。
腾讯及环球音乐将会成立中国阿比路录音室（Abbey Road Studios China）。
除了环球音乐外，腾讯还拥有华纳及索尼音乐内容的播放权。
除了旗下的串流平台外，腾讯还获得在中国向第三者转授环球音乐内容的权利。
腾讯說，现时向六亿活跃用户提供1700万首歌。
“Music Matters”音乐节共同始创人贾斯珀‧多纳特（Jasper Donat）对BBC说
，腾讯与环球音乐的协定可能会为亚太区的音乐市场带来翻天覆地的改变。
多纳特说：“腾讯现时正加强自己的声誉──它是中国唯一可信赖的串流服务平台、是
音乐业的可靠伙伴。”
环球音乐集团董事长兼首席执行官卢西安·格兰吉爵士（Lucian Grainge）说，中国近
期在科技及商业环境的发展，环球音乐“是时候与如腾讯一样的中国龙头企业结成创新
的策略性伙伴。”
格兰吉补充，腾讯能加速中国“音乐的生态环境”的发展、及“为所有艺人促进创意及
商业机会”。
多纳特说，成立阿比路录音室的计划将会巩固中国作为音乐业新市场的地位，但同时音
乐业亦接受进入中国市场将会带来挑战。

想把数据库中记录分页显示
完成第一步操作后，应该用什莫命令使指针清空，然后进行第二步
现在报parse error.
1. 统计记录数
$query= "select count(*) as total from table1";
$result = mysqli_query($link,$query');
$number = mysqli_num_rows($result);

2. 每页显示50条，从头读取
$query = "select name, address from table1 limit $offset_index, 50";
$result = mysqli_query($link, $query);

我想把用户输入的所有信息和程序输出的所有信息都输出到一个文件中去，
这样，形成一个log。
有没有简单方法，不用每次用cout<<.......>都再写一个fout<<.....>? 多谢
比如，可不可以fout<或者，用宏？自定义一个stream？
