条件很简单
Vcc=10V, Vin=0 or 5 V, Vout=0 or 10V
When input in 5V, the output should be 0V.
When input in 0V, the output should be 10V.
可是CMOS process 的BREAKDOWN 是5V
有没有人知道任何REFERENCE PAPER...

use high voltage process...
it is very normal.

pretty simple?
use some gate chips.

可以说说什么是gate chips吗
前面有人说换hv process
可是在industry不是那么容易
新process要port rest of the circuits, 还要 qualification etc...
我是想知道有没有用analog design的方法去实现

标准的 CMOS 工艺 做高压的driver， 你可以试试， 好像是把很多 管子cascode

good question.
It is 500uA max. at the inv output.
The thing is it is easy to implement bandgap/regulator..etc with supply
higher
then breakdown by using cascode, but I am not sure how to play the same
trick
on "digital" cirsuits, such as inv, or, nand...
