I am with you 100%. Lets Find out whom to send questions to?
Infact we were trying to frame question based on this EB2-I demand data
net reduction and before framing questions we were trying to see if
there is any failure in Theory or some perspective.
We had framed Questions for DOS and sent it to VBKRIS77 and IV Co-
ordinator, But as per VBKRIS that is out of scope of his Analysis.
Now i am not sure we have Ombudsman for DOS? We have one for USCIS,
which will only help issue from USCIS side. F

最新的一集里面ROBIN跟BARNY居然在最后结尾的时候MAKE OUT了，我当时身上直冒冷汗
啊。
虽然知道这一季里TED的真命天子将要出现，但也不要因为这个缘因就把ROBIN和BARNY
拉郎配吧，不过想一想好象也没有其它办法，以后不能老是演ROBIN对TED的女友
JEALOUS的戏，总得给这个大美女找个理想的长期伴侣，想来想去，最适合她的帅哥无
疑就是天下第一浪子BARNY了。
不过这两人说好就好上了，发展也太过突然了，好象在第二季里面BARNY曾经试过要跟
ROBIN MAKE OUT结果只是一场单方面的误会--可爱的BARNY连裤子都脱了--

只是好奇, 有人知道现在的LAPTOP的AC ADAPTER怎么设计的吗? 现在的是AC输入是220V
和110V都可以, 然后输出是+16V 或+19V等. 难道是变压器降压后, 变直流电压, 然后
用带标准电压的Low-dropout (LDO) Linear REGULATOR完成电压的控制吗?

有个adult pdf password recovery，可以解除所有security限制

they are typically switching regulators: rectifying ac into dc and then
lowered it to the desired voltage, in order to reduce weight/size and
improve efficiency.
they are typically isolated so use the fly-back topology.

你只要拆过一个就知道了。一般都是universal input, rectifier, 一个flyback, 可
以用voltage或current mode pwm controller, 基本用不着microcontroller. 有时会
有一个secondary stage synchronous rectifier,加个optocoupler.
一般regulator带不了这么大电流。

those switching model power supplies are all regulators in the sense that
they have a feedback loop to maintain the (relatively) constant output
voltage.
a linear regulator would not have worked for this wide of an input voltage
range due to excessive power dissipation.
and the use of a (mains) transformer would be too bulky / heavy.
