HFSS help needed# EE - 电子工程

I am in this company for only six monthes, today the boss gave me the
performance review, a few categories are "good ", but more are under" need
improvement", one is "unsatisfactory", is this a poor review? It is a
suprise to me, I thought I did good job, and he might got bias against me,
what should I do? your suggestion is much appreciated!

When I ran HFSS 10.0's example, it had some errors:
1. Initial mesh , process mesh3d: Error while opening or writng the mesh
files.
2. Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine
my PC only has 1 GB memory, can this cause any problem? Thanks.

Depends on how big your problem is.
What's the size of your matrix?
It seems that you don't have a valid license...

I do not have similar problem,
but 1 GB memory is totally enough.
Maybe you should decrease the fequency resolution.
