1T的硬盘原来分成了60G和840G的两个盘。现在的OS是vista x64 ultimate，昨天想升
成W7被告知C的空间不够。所以想找个软件能把C的分区加大些，但不要影响目前在C和D
的文件。最后是操作比较简单的。

基本情况是这样的，办公室有一台电脑，有ethernet也有wireless，可以上网，没有管
理员权限。网络接口只能插那台电脑，插别的电脑都会惹麻烦。
我常用的是另外一台电脑，ethernet和wireless也都有，我现在想连线那台电脑到我这
台来上网，这样查email啊查资料都方便。
我买了一个USB网卡和crossover的网线接在能上网的电脑上，然后想桥接usb网卡和自
带的网卡，结果发现没有管理员权限做不了
难道就没有办法能通过另外那台电脑上网了吗？盼高人解救。。。

这个 "surface imperfection" 怎么理解?.. 它和造成 1/f noise 是同一个

不过不明白为什么 carrier scattering will become more severe at silicon
surface.. 我想可能是因为 silicon surface 的 crystal lattice 有更多的 defects

是因为interface rough了，当你在gate加了电压，从source到drain，沿着直线看过去
，个地方的电场不同，导致电子的potential有变化，这个变化导致了scattering
或者极端一点，如果贴着SiO2和Si的界面看过去，有的地方是Si，有的地方是SiO2
这样你的2deg channel不是一个平整的面，你从Capacitance出发可以得到potential的
分布

恩，基本是这样。Si和SiO2的interface会不平，或者存在defects states。对2DEG来
说，他的wavefunction越靠近
interface，受的interface scattering越大。
