申请开LLC, 但收到信说

就是说注册公司与公司实际所在地不在一个州，
所以被要求申请foreign qualify.

I bet you can just write C and assembly and get into embedded world.
most CS guys nowadays play with higher level languages like Java, a lot of
them don't have a strong background in low levels.

re，CS纯做软件的人里面，底层这部分其实很弱

我在纽约，通过bizfilings在Delaware注册的。
我买的package包括Free Registered Agent Service for 6 months.
不知道这个是不是就可以了，以后要交年费139。
打算联系那边具体再问问。

呵呵，所谓的低层应用开发就是以前的单板机＋汇编，或者单片机＋汇编，当然也是小
儿科。也可以是PC接口＋code这样的计算机应用开发。
CS真正牛的是做计算机理论、新型计算机系统架构、计算机图形学，以及研究编译原理
、操作系统、编程语言、数据库管理系统等等。
EE的CODE 也就是一些应用，类似国内的计算机应用专业，当然学CS的很多也干这个。
一旦进入到计算机研究领域本身，CS的优势会体现，如果是研究理论计算机的，那么数
学专业的优势会体现，比如搞姚期智的那种，很多是数学的东东。姚期智可能都不会什
么code了。
