这两年出国留学最看重的问题就是安全，但还是那句话，任何一个国家的安全程度都不
能一概而论，因为每个国家都在尽力维护治安，保障民众安全，而意外总是突然袭来。
但是，从城市罪案发生率来看，澳洲的主要城市的治安可能要比美国部分城市要差一些。
美国不仅可以携带枪支，而且近年来校园枪击事件频频发生，总让人感觉担忧。但不可
否认全球名列前茅的大学还都在美国，哈佛耶鲁麻省理工哥伦比亚加州大学都在美国，
而澳洲的悉尼大学墨尔本大学麦考瑞和莫那什大学和美国比起来就稍微逊色了。
澳洲和美国都是移民国，澳洲枪支管理严格,美国黑人比较多稍微乱一点。黑人集中的
地方一般犯罪率比较高，不过澳洲比美国稍微好点，没有那么多黑人，但是难民和土著
人也要注意的，毕竟穷人思维混乱，大环境看澳洲还是安全的，但因为中国人有钱这些
年学生被抢的事件也很多。
澳洲有些专业毕业以后还是有技术移民的机会的，虽然现在移民难一些。但美国技术移
民几乎就不要想了太难了。澳洲的学费高的也是离谱尤其对海外学生，含金量真不如美
国高，如果不考虑移民的话美国好的大学毕业回国发展前途更好一点。另外澳洲大学是
三年，美国是四年的。环境嘛澳洲没冬天，美国的东部气候分明，西部加州那边环境也
是很棒的。

是老印的。老印骗我说什么都好，回家后才发现一个cd ram不work,打不开。后来发现
，喇叭也没有声音。因为是现金交易，也就不计较了。
买的时候老印说他已帮我删了他以前的东西，是正版的，不让我自己再install一遍
computer.可是我有时候要在网上查银行账户，付信用卡什么的。这样安全吗？他在家
还能登陆我的电脑吗？（以前是他的）。

只有打电话给客服，才给了个新的key,这个正常吗？
记得如果只是还硬盘，应该默认为同一次安装。

reading papers seems to be the only way for your specific purpose....
I do not think you can find a proper PECVD book suits you well in this topic
...

楼主的意思是说?以前国内通常不区分金融经济的，经济的博士很容易应聘金融教授；
现在国内好像转过这个弯了。。。
