半年是指schedule考试的期限，因为你是一次报了四门，所以半年内必须考四门，过了
时间就再申请再交钱。一年半是指第一门通过后给的期限，如果一年半内四门不能都通
过，那其他通过的科目作废，从头再考。

我也刚收到VA的COUPON
上面也写的半年，我的理解是：半年内至少要SCHEDULE 一门考试，否则COUPON 会过期
，通过COUPON交钱拿到NTS， NTS上又会写一年之必须TAKE 一门考试，否则NTS 会过期
从你通过第一门后开始算，1年半以内全部通过剩下的3门，才能全部有效
