I am preparing the J1 waiver, and the first page of the DOS package says:
Check that the exchange visitor's case number and country of last residence
is written on any documentation submitted, as well as on the outside
envelope of ALL future correspondence with the Waiver Review office.
Do I have to write the case number & country of last residence (what is this
? CHINA or USA?) on each page of the documents, including the DS2019 copies,
passport copies, envelopes, etc?

第一个1040A file后,两周拿到了LD的ITIN号，接着又拿到了LD交学费的1098T表。
为了多退税，于是又重新file了一个，附上个说明解释一下。
结果今天收到了refund的支票，款额很不给力，是按照第一个file算的,没有算交学费
的事。此时我应该怎么办？是等着还是过几天打电话问一声？第二个file会给update然后再多退点么，还是会被reject?

大家好！
我有一篇图像处理方面的论文，关于image segmentation，比较理论（已经尽力压缩了
），有50页。投了IEEE Transactions on Image Processing和Journal of
Mathematical Imaging and Vision，分别被拒。
请大家指点还有什么期刊我可以试一试的，尤其是那种对于文章长度没有严格限制的？
我还指望着这篇文章给我的绿卡申请加分呢：（

有多理论？可以投IEEE Transactions on Information Theory不？
它没有长度限制

和信息论关系不大，估计没那么理论。
