I have spend sometime with the academic
community during my trips back (i had an academic
background before leaving china). here are my
thoughts on where we can improve:
a) focus on capital markets: very few researchers
in china have paid any attention on how to establish
a capital market that can facilitate efficient
utilization of capital (both domestic and
oversears). No legal research is done whatsoever.
however little done there is totally useless as
it started so far off practice (both fro
