比方说simple，最高级是simplest还是most simple?
it seems to me both are ok...
have seen "most simple" in a textbook.
还有rigid和stiff，
究竟用rigider还是more rigid?似乎more rigid is better.

我这方面只看过马经，有什么中文好书能推荐一下？
国外和国内的政经是同样的学科么？

Two good textbooks/surveys are:
1. Torsten Persson and Guido Tabellini. 2000. Political Economics:
Explaining Economic Policy. The MIT Press.
2. Timothy Besley. 2006. Principled Agents?
The Political Economy of Good Government. Oxford University Press.
