假如7月开始分配剩余名额，中国自己的名额是否已经用完。
没用完的话就是中国自己应得名额被归入世界剩余名额.
如果剩余名额足够多，这个问题可能不重要， 但如果不够多的话，理论上下月排期就
有可能出现中国EB2排气倒退，但中国自己的名额却没有用完的情况。

我有个lenovo T61， 前不久出了问题。按F11直接回到出厂状态（vista business).又
花了三天装好了自用软件。
以为终于弄好了，结果前不久跳出一个框，说是要我activate vista now。可是电脑背
面没有vista的product key， 当初ship过来的时候也没有给光盘啊。
打电话给lenovo的服务，回答说已经过了warrenty，所以我得自己解决。
无奈上网找了一批product key, 可是试了一串都不work啊。
有大侠知道怎么弄吗？包子答谢！

目前是没有75000 points的链接的，只能先申请再match offer了。可以用上面的链接
，也可以用其他的任何链接，都是可以match的。

对于已经申请了Amex Gold Premier Card的用户，请注意赶紧发信match 75000points
。对于没有这张卡的用户也可以考虑持有一下了，75K points千万不要换成gift card
，可以在二手版以1.5-1.55比例换成cash, 大概也值个1000刀吧。

其实这根本就不是问题。就看这帮官僚愿不愿意公平办事。
假设在分配剩余名额的时候中国还有500个名额可以用，那么就应该先用PD统一原则来
分配剩余名额。这样定出中印统一的PD之后再分配给中国500个名额，算出另外一个中
国的PD。这不就两全其美了么？

你说的这个方法是我见过的最公平的方法了， 希望有人能和奥交流一下。

This is simply not true. EB3C is definitely much less than 2500, even much
less tan 2000.

what does the category limit refer to? Does it include FB spillover? Can he
be more specific?
