昨天和导师去看了看这边的小学课堂# Education - 教育学

4年级的学生属于diverse ethnicity那种经济条件不好
有部分esl的大部分学生都吃reduced lunch
去看了两个班的science class 太吵太吵了 ..想看看咱们国内的小学课堂是什么样子了
大概跟我当时读小学的时候有些不同吧

what are you going to do with these spoilt brats? teaching? internship? I
always tell my self to be patient with these public charges, don't show your
disgust of them, what can you expect with children having children around
here.

Kids are kids. Be prepared for scenes like this if you are going to be a
teacher. I have seen worse in China.

i have no interest in them. i am ra for the temp advisor. and she is doing
esl learners in math. i have to go with her and take some field notes every
tuesday or maybe thursday in the coming weeks. have to be patient with those
kids. too noisy, too unmanageable. anyway, the school pays me, and i have
to do the job.
