我们中文学校准备筹办个图书馆，里面有些教科书。
这样开学的时候，新来的学生来不及订书，也可以借本教科书用。
Sub老师也有使用的时候；
图书馆筹备呼吁了一年，只收到了大约 3-4 本（学校可是有200个家长300个学生）
这次又做了个努力，联系成立了一个赞助——
学校图书馆每收到一套教科书的捐赠，这个商家会 Match $5 给学校现金捐款。
再看看这次情况怎么样。（这次的操作过程可以给其他人做运作参考）

中文学校图书馆，主意真不错！
依我看，能不能筹到书，不是或不只是看凝聚力，可能更和中文社区的家庭是否有购书
读书的习惯有关吧。
我身边的老中，有读书习惯的很少（读教科书和狭义的专业书的不算），愿意花钱买书
也许就更少了。

According to Baruch VITA test book:
Dependents:
1) Taxpayers get a $3400 exemption for each dependent claimed
2)There are two types of dependents:
A)Dependent qualifying child: child under age of 19 or under 24 and a full
time student, NO INCOME TEST
B)dependent qualifying relative: relative, who is financially supported by
the taxpayer by more than 50% and who has less than $3400 in gross income
So base on the rules, Grant got $5000 in dividend income, Grant can not
become a dependent on Marrie

投资教育习惯有，
购书读书习惯有，
捐款捐物的习惯没有（或者说很少）
不能简单联系到凝聚力这些东西

大陆的社区凝聚力与台湾社区的凝聚力相比，也是差了好大一截

good at math. good with computer software, 0 experience of 'industrial-
standard' computer programming. OK in writing and speaking in english.

ask yourself: do you really like the finance profession?
plus, the future is still uncertain, even if you pursue this finance
direction. the job market is not as good. you need to compete with other
guys who already have some credentials. Are you willing to abandon what you
have already had in transportation area and heading for a completely new
area? Have you had calculated the opportunity cost?
I guess that you have been trying to locate a job in your transportation
area but have not exceeded

那好吧，我来解释一下
第一，我没有禁止，只是不建议。也没有删帖。你乐意讨论，继续讨论，我不会删你的。
第二，一道becker习题，窃以为是在没有必要费时间在这里讨论，吭哧吭哧码那么多字
，还要等别人回，而且回答的人又未必权威，解释得也未必清楚，准确。
第三，becker 的习题都提供了解释，难点儿的，解释得更清楚，甚至告诉你去哪一页
找参考，让你复习温故概念和内容。如果你一下子没有看明白，仔细看看，的确是非常
非常的简单。有些朋友没有到becker 网站下载更新更正的题目和届时，有些问题可能费解一些，但去了becker 网站，什么都有了。
此外，所有这些cpa考试具体内容相关的帖子，都不受欢迎，近期以来，版上此类讨论
甚多，有网友抱怨道：快成考试版了。这个也是我concern 的问题。

错，也有哥们混起来了。给排水、暖通和工民建，都有混得不错的。我本科土木，毕业
之后被人忽悠了，说交通看热，赶快跳。可是这么多年过去了，当年一起考交通研究生
的同志们，都后悔了。本科同学房款都付清了，娃也生了。交通的同志们还在苦苦挣扎
当房奴。我都读到博士了还要改行……去年回国研究生同学聚会，说着说着都想哭。唉！
也别太过着急了，路还有，明天也可能有转机。你饿吗？来，啃一口煤吧，煤是可以吃
的；木头放在水里面泡软了也可以充饥的。这个时候就是要有信心挺下去。上面会有人
