I've always wanted a card with digital out
and having Linux support. Finally I got one.
But the digital out didn't work.
No matter what I did with the driver,
I still鉩ouldn't see the red ligh from
the optical output. I figure there has
to be someghing wrong with the hardware.
Since the D/A is working(I can hear the
sound.), it has too be some wiring problem.
The odds has to be very good to have a half
working sound card chip.
