The fundmental reason to goto church
is to get closer to God. Everything
else is byproduct.

my question, they just tell me don't try to understand
everything, since God's wise is beyond our wise. On the
other hand, they encourage me to understand God.

I don't talk about that with my friends.
Some of them are religious but we respect
our beliefs.
I believe the scientific way of life.
If you can prove either way it works,
there has to be something wrong with
the set-up of the system.

They don't ask you to understand God. What they ask is that
you believe the existance of God and that God love everyone.

People worship things miracle and mysterious. If everything can
be understandable, no mysterious exists. Do you worship the Sun
these days?

It's the way nature works.
Things in the world get there by thousands of years
of evolution. And it's still changing.
Nothing with emotion could have created it.

That was stone age worship. Modern reliegon
works very hard to make things "True and Reasonable".
That was what a thousand year of scholasticism is all about.
BTW, try do undersand doen't mean can understand.
I think the Sun is fancinating but
I don't worship it because I don't worship
anything.
