my choice is D.
just my gut feeling, that adv (greatly) doesn't sound right to me.

"very" may not appropriate. Pushing very hard doesn't necessarily mean
injuries.

Agree with neuron :-) It doesn't make sense using 'greatly'
could be replaced by 'too hard' ?

i think a simple "too" will do.
i just look it up in the dictionary, "greatly" means "very much".
