is it leaking or flushing? I think you probably don't need to descirbe it in
too much detail. It's enough to say that the toilet keeps flushing or leaking
itself, the repairman should know what to do. 马桶水箱 is called tank,
not sure how to say 橡皮塞, probably gasket.

The rubber plug of my water tank for the toilet was broken, it keep flushing
all the time, so I have to turn it off since the water keep running.

I ask them to send someone to fix it, and finally the girl in the office
tell me that this problem is just "toilet running all the time", easy to
describe.
