Something like:
Be strong yet not to use it;
Be ambitious yet not to show it;
Be moderate and yield;
Stay sober and wisdom will sharpen.
Be reasonable and trust worthy;
Be careful and not provacative;
Be lenient and forgivable;
Work hard and success will come.
