在我国，未成年人犯罪通常是指已满14周岁不满18周岁的未成年人实施的刑法和有关刑事
法律所规定的犯罪行为。未成年人犯罪问题已经成为社会关注程度最高的问题之一。未成
年人犯罪的现状和特点。制约和决定未成年人犯罪的原因多种多样，错综复杂。本文试结
合心理学、社会学的有关知识对未成年人犯罪的原因进行分析。

People might confuse "minor offence" with trifling crime (as opposed to
serious one); perhaps "juvenile crime" is commoner for that particular
sense.

说的对，用juvenile可能更好
不过Minor法律上也指未成年人吧

True, true. But minor is aged between 0-21(?), so perhaps "juvenile" is
more accurate for the ages between 14-18. Anyway, just splitting hair. :D

俺正好有法律届的朋友，她原来还正好是北京一个区法院青少年审判组的，
她说，青少年犯罪应该翻译为juvenile...，至少她们对外交流的时候
都是这么说的。
俺翻译为minor，是因为到美国这里，看到好多有关酒吧啊，成人书籍什么的，
好象用的更多的是minor。唉。不是native speaker，就是分不清细致的东西。
类似的法律词汇还有一对，俺也搞不清：legal and lawful

Lawful 好像比较宽泛. 指合乎法理.
legal具体指合法,也就是不会惹麻烦.
