The hunter was asking for the salary requirements. My qualification: phd (
water chemistry focused, but BS and MS were water supply and sewer focused),
doing the post doc now. Got PE this year. Want to look for the position in
consulting firm in FL.
What should i tell him? Thanks.

猎头帮不了多少忙，不用抱太多希望
直接去公司主页找opening，效率更高
薪水要看position
我认识fresh phd在FL 55k左右
你有postdoc经历，PE应该多要点

How many years experience related to industry? Your academic experience
will not help you much. If you have three or four years solid design
experience in the States, you definitly ask for $65 to $70K.

Bad thing I don't have any real working experience either in US or China.
