Anybody knows "OSHA 40-Hour Training certification"? I realized that lots
of jobs in environ eng. require this certification.
If you happen to know anything about this, could you please share your
experience with us? How much would this help? How to get one?

I did. It seems that there are some online course avaible. Are these online
courses reliable? Anyone got personal experience with this?

It is only a plus but not necessary to get it before anchoring a job. Your
employer can always send you to a training easily. A brief introduction can
be found in this thread

Get yourself familiar with the terms and know a little about NIOSH Pocket Guide to Chemical Hazards and health and safety plan. That's more than enough for an entry level job.
