什么是win xp 上最好的C programming environment?
(1)Borland c++ builder 是仅用于C++ 的吗？
(2)Turbo C 是否已经过时了？
(3)还有更好的选择吗？

就是要一个类似Botnet 的 command-and-control (C&C) server 和agent
当然是做合法用途的。
不需要远程桌面的功能，（例如VNC, TeamView, LogMeIn, etc），
只需要C&C server 能远程给出指令 agent执行，例如IE打开一个URL等
有没有好的开源的软件？

我在cpees作的。最好查一查你们州承认哪个机构的认证。CPEES需要从学校寄成绩单原
件，课程中英文说明，加盖学校和系里面的章，还有学位证书的原件。过程比较繁琐。

I used ACCRO, even though both cpees and ACCRO are acceptable.
I got approved in less than 2 weeks this month. They only asked for
photocopies of my transcripts and diplomas.

One more thing. You need to check with your state board to determine which
agency you can use.

thanx both of you for the reply. my state only uses ACEI and ACEEP(?). it is
painful.
