根据版上考古，加上官网的要求：

冒似vaccination要求的有以下几个：
Td/Tdap
MMR
Varicella
Influenza
其他的都不需要的。但是根据Form I－６９３，上面要求填写每一次接种的日期
Date received mm／dd／yy，连问三遍，这是否意味着每个需要打三针？？
之后又问：
Date Given by Civil Surgeon mm／dd／yy
什么意思，是需要移民局指定的医生再打一针的日期？还是把这个记录证明交给医生的
日期？

做了一个UDP广播，　但是服务器总是收不到消息。
我要实现的是客户端不知道服务器的IP, 想要通过广播取得。
1. 客户端发送广播
2.服务器收到广播后发自己的IP给这个客户端
3.客户端收到服务器发来的IP
以上都是通过UDP的
4.客户端和服务器端建立TCP连接
我现在的问题是，　第二步，　服务器总是没有收到这个广播，　recvfrom一直没有返
回。
UDP包不稳定，　服务器可能会收不到。
那应该怎么解决呢？

同一个平行计算的软件run同一个case，用16个processors没有问题，24个processors
也没有问题，但如果用20或32＋就出错。错误信息是：
p18_9674: p4_error: : 14
p9_4414: p4_error: net_recv read: probable EOF on socket: 1
这种是什么错误？谢谢！

经过测试，如果客户端和服务器在不同机器上，没有问题
如果在同一台机器上，广播消息怎么也收不到。
如果我同时运行EtherPeek，居然就能收到, 很是怪异阿！
请问有经验的知道是啥原因吗？谢谢了！

I made a mistake and have corrected it.
The first one is STEM visa exemption, which is not same as TShark said.
I don't remember there is recapture in the new bill. That was in the 2007
bill for sure.

各位废水处理的朋友们，我申请人家水资源的，最后结论是背景不足。
看来申请工业界的时候咱们也不要去碰水资源工程师了。
回想起来几个工业界的面试的都是废水，水处理一类的，还真没有水资源的面试。

之前在TRACKITT上一个老墨EB3写道：CIR还有一点就是在美国取得STEM理工专业的硕士
博士学位可以跳过H1B直接办绿卡。
不过比较现实的是TSHARK说的绿卡名额RECAPTURE，这条若能通过，足以让大家全C了。
我记得前些年有个类似的法案，说是职业移民的配偶和子女将不占绿卡名额，一度在国
会叩关成功，几大移民论坛上HIGH了一阵。后来发现是空欢喜一阵。

I agree. The CIR bill is too good to be true.
The problem is there is no recapture in this version of CIR bill. Let's see
if there is amendment about it.

Thanks for sharing with us!
The key point in this article is May 31st. If nothing has been passed by
that date, it is over. That's why I think we shouldn't count CIR this year.
And the recapture is not in current bill. It has to be added as an amendment
to be passed.

How do we find a way to add the recapture amendment to some more possible
bills? I think this might be a more realistic strategy.

That's just my thought and the result of my research based on the STEM visa
2004. I don't know exactly how
to do it. I think we still need to contact congressmen/senators. I will
check the legislation process of US. I am
almost an expert now:)

so every body please contact congressmen of your area. ask them to stick it
into some bill. the key points is (1) congress has authrized quota, (2)
there are enough qualified applicants, (3) it is wrong for USCIS not use the
quota to approve applications while there are both quota and applicants.

somewhere here before. Let's dig it out and start the campaign.
